1. Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible after placing the order.

2. Cancellation Before Order Processing

If the cancellation request is received before the jewellery order has been processed or dispatched, the cancellation request may be considered subject to order status and verification.

Customers should provide their order number and registered contact details when requesting cancellation.

3. Cancellation After Order Processing

Once a jewellery order has been processed, prepared, customized or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

Customized, personalized or specially prepared jewellery may have additional cancellation restrictions depending on the stage of processing.

4. Customized Jewellery Orders

Cancellation requests for customized, personalized, engraved or specially manufactured jewellery may not be accepted once production or customization has started.

Customers are advised to confirm all product details before placing a customized jewellery order.

5. Cancellation Confirmation

A cancellation request will be considered complete only after confirmation from Soubhagya Jewellers.

Simply sending a cancellation request does not automatically mean that the order has been cancelled.

6. Payment for Cancelled Orders

If an order is successfully cancelled and a refund is applicable, the eligible amount will be processed through the applicable payment method or another permitted method communicated by Soubhagya Jewellers.

The time required for the refunded amount to reflect in the customer's account may depend on the payment gateway, bank or financial institution.

7. Order Status

Customers may contact us to know the current status of their jewellery order and whether cancellation is still possible.

Once the order reaches a stage where cancellation is no longer possible, the customer will be informed accordingly.
